Have used JCR for minor projects like a slow/clogged drain and major projects like a complete kitchen renovation. They are more responsive than any other contractor I have dealt with. Very professional, great work, and great communication.

John and Mary are an exceptionally good team! They are not your everyday run of the mill Plumbing contractor. They can do a bit of everything. We wanted to add a sink to an existing basement area. No other plumbers would answer our call, but John came out and gave us a reasonable estimate that required much more than just plumbing work. Mary was constantly giving us updates on when we could expect John and his helper to be there. During the process we mentioned that we needed some electrical work done as well including a new run back to the breaker box. They came back quickly with another good quote and finished the work along with the original request. We could not be more pleased with quality and timeliness of the work that was done. They are an effective team and if you have any need for plumbing/construction work to be done you should definitely get in touch with them.

Mary was very helpful and took time to listen to my concerns about a rotten subfloor. She made some recommendations and referred me to someone who can do the job in a timely manner. Thank you for your help.
